Mardi Gras seems like a bad holiday to me.I can't explain everything that's bad about it, but people go CRAZY on the streets doing things that police would NOT like.Post comments here.

Yes, I agree. Although it's very fun, sometimes it can get a little too weird. But all in all, it's still a fun holiday. I actually collect lots of Mardi Gras-related things such as masks and beads :) Oh, and I was a Mardi Gras festival person for Halloween last year ;)

You'll notice people go crazy after their team wins the Super Bowl, too.

Mardi Gras is not a bad holiday. And as far as the police go, there is an understanding that nothing can be done that compromises public safety. It is actually a well-monitored activity. I think New Orleans needs some positive news these days, and bringing tourist revenue into the city for these festivities is a great thing.

Kind of like milk.

Oooh don't remind me.
Warm milk that isn't cold anymore, and our mums would make us drink it anyways.
No icecubes, either.
