Heya :)

I was just randomply curious on what you all think of "free stuff" rooms. I think it's a great idea for people who are leaving VMK to give away their stuff for free :) However, there are times when it can get to chaotic with people "cutting" in line, and greedy players demanding certain items and not letting the owners be until they get what they want.

All around, I like them. What about you?

I don't like them, if I ever quit VMK I will give things to my friends. And only my friends, not just guests who only want my stuff.

Wouldn't that be a bummer if you gave away all your stuff because you wanted to quit VMK, but then later on, you decided you want to go back...? I probably wouldn't make a free stuff room to give away all *my* stuff for that reason.

I stay away from them. The "stuff" wouldn't be worth the hassle.

Haha, yeah. They don't normally give out that great of stuff, but I usually just go if I need any extra worthless furinture :)

I don't really go to them anymore, but I used to a lot.

They take up valuable popular guest rooms space. I don't like them.

I find that the owner is almost never there. There are just people standing around asking "where owner?" When they are there they have people stand in a line but about a few minutes into it they leave without saying a word (my personal experience when I have followed friends into free rooms "Scarry come here! this person is giving out free magic!" but when I get there... the owner is not there). I find that people just do this for attention and to get in the popular room list. Like Josh said, they just take up valuable space on the list unless the owner stayed and actually gave out what they said they were going to give out (like if they say free rare they give out free rare, not buyables and stuff you get for free, I.E. NPC pins and trophy pins from games - and cheap clothing from the clothing section).
