Ok I know there is a thread out there about it because I have seen it, but I cant seem to find it. I need to take a screen shot of something on my computer but I need to do it the regular way, not with vmk pal.
Anyone have some info?

To take a screenshot of the whole screen, press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. To take a screenshot of just the active window, press Alt and then Print Screen at the same time. :)
