Every single time I enter the Haunted Mansion, the very first room, the application crashes. It doesn't crash anywhere else that I know of, just in the Stretch room of the Haunted Mansion.

The room loads up and displays, and then it crashes.

I've tried sending requests for help to the "Contact Us" on the VMK home page, but nobody ever responds to the help requests I've submitted. It's been a few weeks now, and I've sent the request for help 2 times now.

I'm hoping maybe somewhere here can provide some insight or point me in the right direction for some help. My first thought is maybe some file that deals with the Haunted Mansion is corrupt, and was going to delete the file(s) or cache or something but I really have no idea where to start doing something like this.

Someone else had a problem with this (forgotten the name) but they ended up uninstalling and then re-installing shockwave and it seemed to work for them. Maybe it is that? :wave2:

I posted a message under the general fan forum, and it said once my post has been approved by a moderator it would be available to the public.

I came back today and found it in this forum section for "A Bug's Life". I glanced at the sticky threads and found many people having a problem with the Shockwave player so I simply followed the instructions at

Interesting. Sounds like one of my computer's problems! :rolleyes: I have so much trouble with Pirates, and HM.
