It's when you switch user accounts on your PC, then come back a while later.

Maybe, If you are using a laptop, and you close it and open it, that is what pops up. Because that is what happens with my laptop.

Say, how'd ya get the VMK Pal to be blue? Mine's always green.

there is a little color thing by the ? at the top right corner that lets you change to a lot of different colors

It probably crashed again while it was telling you that it had crashed.

I do this all the time! You either close your laptop. Or if your using a computer you shut it down, and start it back up without exiting vmk. And when you look, that blank crash button will be there.

Arg, I hate when ur on vmk and vmkpal then you close one, it makes a fonts all stupid.
