I developed a theory while I was at the Park. We used to have ashtrays in front of most of the trash cans. People would often throw trash away in the ashtrays, rather than the trash cans right behind them. But one day, I figured it out. The guests were much more clever than I had given them credit.

And isn't the waste for food you don't want and other articles?

im gonna be the lazy one and say waste, seeing as it is easier to waste then sort out the recyclables.

see you could recycle but what if you have non-recyclable items to throw away? like you could recycle the glass snapple bottle you drank while walking but what do you do about your left over thai-chicken salad?:confused: that certainly cannot be recycled? so i guess you'd have to recycle half and waste half like 1girl2sweet suggested:Tongue:
